EMPIRE PIPELINE CORPORATION IS A TEXAS CORPORATION OPERATING AS A
GAS UTILITY IN TEXAS WITH A FOCUS IN MID-STREAM AND MARKETING SERVICES.

We operate over 240 miles of low-pressure gathering and transmission pipeline with multiple
market pipeline delivery points and three premier processing facilities. Our service territory is Parker,
western Tarrant, northern Hood and western Johnson Counties of North Texas.
We have flexible delivery options into the most important market pipeline systems in the Barnett Shale play as
well as multiple processing options for natural gas “rich” in entrained liquid hydrocarbons.

Empire provides a wide array of services related to the natural gas industry primarily
in the Barnett Shale area of North Texas
but also in other major natural gas plays. With Commercial offices in Dallas, Texas
and operations in Weatherford, Texas,
Empire acquired its pipeline assets in January 1980. Our services include gathering,
compression, processing/treating as well as marketing and other services for producer and pipeline entities.
Our skills enable us to provide efficient and cost effective ways to get your natural gas to market.

Pipeline Safety – General Description |

Empire Pipeline has a commitment to maintain high standards in operation, maintenance,
and inspection procedures for its natural gas pipelines and associated facilities in compliance with
all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and standards.
These procedures are necessary to be in compliance with the following regulations as applicable.
|
|
|
● 49 CFR Part 191 - Transportation of Natural and Other Gas by Pipeline; Reports of Leaks.
● 49 CFR Part 192 - Transportation of Natural and Other Gas by Pipeline; Minimum Federal Safety Standards.
● 49 CFR Part 195 - Transportation of Hazardous Liquids by Pipeline.

These procedures involve operating and maintenance requirements for the safe operation of
Empire's natural gas gathering and transmission pipelines and associated facilities.
|
|
|
Although these procedures have been derived from practical experience
to conform to regulatory requirements, they are not intended to be all-inclusive,
or to overrule the application of competent judgment.
|
|
|
Furthermore, our Operations, Maintenance & Emergency Plan Manual actively
implements policies, procedures and practices to achieve our goal of full compliance.

Empire Pipeline owns and operates an intrastate gas gathering
and transmission pipeline within the State of Texas which is subject to 49
CFR Part 192 and 16 TAC Chapter 8. The company’s philosophy has always been and will continue
to be to operate their pipelines and facilities in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws,
rules and regulations.

The integrity and safe operation of the pipeline and facilities is of
utmost importance. As such, Empire has developed a Pipeline Integrity Assessment & Management
Plan and an Emergency Response Plan to meet the regulatory requirements. All applicable pipelines
and facilities shall be operated and maintained in accordance with the requirements of these and
other contingency plans.

|
EPC's services create a marketing department environment that allows the producer to
utilize specific areas to meet their companies' needs. We have the expertise to meet a
producers' needs in the major producing basins of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and North Dakota/Wyoming.
GAS Marketing - Term and Spot
- Perform market analysis and research
- Identify and secure financially sound purchasers for clients gas production
- Monitor gas market conditions daily and monthly
- Solicit bids from prospective purchasers including viable end-use markets
